If there is an interactive or E-Mail format available, we prefer you use it rather than a hard-copy mail in form.

If you are neither adopting nor fostering, but would like to be a member, please mail this form in. (see Our Contact Info for the postal address).
This is out preferred way for you to apply for fostering. If you are applying for a Foster In Place, please fill out the Foster In Place application.
This must be printed and mailed into our P.O. Box. (see Our Contact Info for the postal address).
A "Foster In Place" is a bunny you already own who you want to put up for adoption. Please fill out this interactive form and e-mail .
Donations not made via Paypal should be mailed in with this form.
If you intend to surrender your bunny and are not going to participate in our "Foster in Place" program, please fill out this form, and e-mail in the result.
This survey should be printed and handed out to folks who are surrendering their bunny at an event. If you are contacting us about surrendering your bunny, please use the interactive form above.
This is required for every bunny that is adopted. We will provide this at the event if you are adopting, or you can fill it out before attending.
